Meet Dr. Ramos

Dr. Steven Ramos has spent nearly three decades leading in exactly those moments.

Spanning 28 years of service, rising from Airman Basic (E-1) to commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ramos built his career on disciplined execution, mission focus, and people-centered leadership. He flew 12 combat missions during Operation Enduring Freedom, completed over 2,000 military freefall jumps as a jumpmaster with the elite Wings of Blue, and later led clinical operations within the Air Force Medical Service; developing teams, guiding high-stakes decisions, and strengthening organizational culture.

But his leadership did not end with military retirement.

In 2018, Dr. Ramos founded More Life Center for Wellness in Brandon, Florida; a mission-driven organization built to deliver integrated mental health and holistic care to the community. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into a thriving clinical and wellness practice serving thousands of individuals and families annually. Building and scaling More Life required strategic planning, systems development, team cultivation, operational discipline, and values-based leadership, principles he now applies to executive leadership development.

Today, Dr. Ramos and his CommandPoint team work with organizations and executive teams seeking to strengthen leadership capacity, improve organizational alignment, and develop resilient, high-performance cultures. His approach integrates performance psychology, structured leadership frameworks, and real-world operational experience.
